Albany CEO Lawsuit Heads to Mediation

Legal action brought by sacked City of Albany chief executive Faileen James against the city and councillors will go to a mediation hearing next month. Ms James was sacked in June and subsequently launched legal action for damages and reinstatement against the city, six councillors and three employees. The action against the employees has been settled, with Ms James to pay costs they incurred. Read More
