Apple misleading consumers about iPad 3 4G connectivity, competition watchdog tells court

Technology giant APPLE has assented to inform their patrons that the new iPad 3 will not be able to work on Telstra’s super fast 4g network.  The company has also verified before the Federal Court that it will offer refunds to buyers who purchased their product, having confidence that it was indeed compatible with 4G in Australia.  Apple has been dragged to court by the Australian Competition and Competition Commission after claims that its description of the tablet being “iPadWiFi + 4G” is misleading.
