Australia Welcomed as Centre for Dispute Resolution

NSW Premier Barry O’Farrell has welcomed the promotion of Australia as a destination for business dispute resolution during the forum at the Dubai International Financial Center (DIFC) to persuade major firms in the Gulf region to use Australia as a neutral venue. The forum came after a memorandum of understanding was signed between DIFC and NSW in May.
