Chinese court postpones iPad trademark ruling for mediation

It has been months since the iPad’s release, still, it is unavailable in the official retail channels in the territory.  The Higher People’s Court of Guangzhou has started hearing the appeal by Apple on Feb. 29, 2012 after a Chinese lower court ruled in favor of the debt-ridden Chinese tech company Proview Technology (Shenzhen) which claimed the ownership of the trademark in China.  Read MORE.
