Date Set for Mediation Over Golf Club Dispute

The president of the Broken Hill Golf and Country Club is hoping to reach an agreement with the owners of the course to pay for its maintenance upon mediation which is set on May 2 in Sydney. The club is claiming more than a million dollars for the cost of maintaining the course since 2008 when it was bought by Mildura company Dialena Nominees while the latter denies it is responsible for the greens’ upkeep.
