Hassan Nasrallah, Hezbollah chief, offers Syria mediation

Sheikh Hassan Nasrallah, the leader of the known Lebanese militant group Hezbollah, declared that his group would be more than happy to mediate, while strongly advising a political solution to the Syrian conflict.  Such statement has been made by the leader at a secret location via an interview for a Russian cable TV channel.  He further told the reporter that he had indeed spoken to the opposition but they were not willing to engage with any dialogue and enter into negotiations.
