HSU’s Jackson won’t mediate with Brown

HEALTH Services Union (HSU) national secretary Kathy Jackson says she will not mediate with the acting national president Chris Brown.  In the Federal Court, Justice Geoffrey Flick made orders for the progression of two applications for the HSU East branch to be placed into administration.  One application has been brought by Workplace Relations Minister Bill Shorten, while the other was filed by Mr Brown against the HSU.
The judge’s orders included that the parties engage in mediation.
Outside the court, Ms Jackson twice said: “I won’t be mediating with Chris Brown”.  Read MORE.
