James Price Point Compulsory Land Acquisition Continues

 

The compulsory acquisition of land earmarked for a liquefied natural gas precinct north of Broome will continue as planned after a Federal Court ruling. The Western Australian Government is at this stage continuing with the acquisition of land at James Price Point, despite Woodside and its joint venture partners pulling out of the project.
