NZ: DRSL to operate an approved dispute resolution scheme

Dispute Resolution Services Limited (DRSL) is pleased to announce that Minister Craig Foss has approved an application from DRSL to operate an approved dispute resolution scheme for the financial sector

DRSL presently operates Financial Dispute Resolution (FDR) the reserve scheme for the Government which is to be disestablished 30 June 2014.

Greg Pollock, Chief Executive of DRSL says “We are excited about the opportunity to bring a new dimension to financial dispute resolution as we introduce ways to encourage early resolution of disputes and to help our existing reserve scheme members and new members as they join us to resolve issues with their customers.
