Albany CEO Lawsuit Heads to Mediation

Legal action brought by sacked City of Albany chief executive Faileen James against the city and councillors will go to a mediation hearing next month. Ms James was sacked in June and subsequently launched legal action for damages and reinstatement against the city, six councillors and three employees.
