Sanctions for lawyers who failed to comply with the Civil Dispute Resolution Act 2011

A recent case has been rendered, directing lawyers who are currently representing parties who had failed to comply with obligations under the Civil Dispute Resolution Act of 2011, to be joined together as parties to a proceeding for the limited purpose of determining the question of costs of the proceedings.  Such lawyers are further ordered to provide a copy of their reasons to their respective clients for them to seek independent legal advice on the question of the costs of said proceedings.
