Belinda Winter

Belinda has degrees in both law and business (majoring in HR).  She is a Partner at Cooper Grace Ward Lawyers, specialising in workplace relations and safety.  She provides strategic advice, support and representation to employers in employment, industrial relations, discrimination and safety law.

Belinda is a qualified Mental Health First Aid Instructor, accredited through Mental Health First Aid Australia.  Given her unique combination of expertise, Belinda is frequently invited to speak at industry conferences on the correlation between mental health and all facets of employment.

Belinda is a qualified mediator, providing assistance to employers where mediation is the best course of action.

Her legal and mental health backgrounds allow her to facilitate constructive discussion between the parties in an employment setting with a focus on understanding each person’s point of view and working towards a positive working relationship.
