I have a master's degree in education - specialising in behaviour, wellbeing and access needs (special education). Functional, relational leadership in Education and development and coaching of educators that value the personalisation of access needs and the success of every student achieving. Mediation and ADR, solution focused conflict resolution. I have spent 20 years in special education facilitating students with specific needs ranging from Vision, Hearing, Intellectual, Physical and ASD access needs.

I am now an executive leader in special education (DP) where I function at both the school and regional level in Cultivating, productive working relationships. In my role I plan, manage, implement, monitor and report on projects and
activities that are designed to respond to government priorities and achieve organisational outcomes. I have the responsibility of 110 staff that I must lead, shape and direct towards an evidence-based approach to special education (students with 'access needs')
