Julie Shires is an Executive level infrastructure professional with over 25 years of experience in industry, holding a Bachelor of Civil and Environmental Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. Julie has worked across multiple geographical locations including Australia, New Zealand, United States, Middle East and Canada; and has worked across multiple market sectors including, Transport, Rail, Oil and Gas, Health, Schools, Defence and Sports.

Over the course of her 25-year career, Julie has held diverse roles in both private and public sectors serving the full complement of roles including as Builder, Designer, Operator and Asset Owner. Through former roles, Julie has had the privilege of delivering some iconic projects across the nation and has provided transaction directorship for major infrastructure projects nationally and internationally.

Julie is passionate about maximising project outcomes through continuous collaboration and the use of mediation techniques to align expectations and ensure the realisation of project benefits.
