Kate O'Grady is an accredited specialist in family law who has practised exclusively in family law since 2006. Kate predominantly works on complex family law matters, including litigated matters; however, her passion is assisting clients to resolve their matters outside of the Court system.
Kate is an accredited mediator and FDRP and regularly conducts both property and parenting mediations for family law matters, including Court matters.
Kate conducts in-person mediation in Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle and is available for video mediation in other areas.
