Michelle has 20 years of legal experience blending extensive private practice and in-house roles as General Counsel with ASX and Singaporean stock exchange listed entities, along with senior government experience.
Admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2004, Michelle initially appeared regularly in courts, commissions and tribunals. She then spent over a decade in-house spanning Australia and international jurisdictions. Her track record includes 20 years legal practice resolving seemingly insurmountable litigation and handling complex cases others deemed "unsettlable".
She acquired a Masters of Laws from the University of Melbourne 2015 in addition to her Bachelor of Laws from Notre Dame Perth in 2002 and Mediation training in Melbourne with IAMA in 2017. With extensive Construction, Mining, and Energy experience in Australia, Asia and the Middle East means she is jurisdictionally experienced in both a range of practice areas and in a wide range geographical locations.
