Andrea Tokaji
Therapeutic Human Rights Mediator, Conciliator, Negotiator and Legal Lecturer.
Andrea Tokaji graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Canberra and a Masters of International Human Rights Legal Advocacy from The Australian National University and was admitted to the ACT Supreme Court as a Legal Practitioner in 2013.
With a background in psychology and ministry working in the social services sector for over ten years, Andrea worked in Family Law, Human Rights Law, Criminal Forensic legislative drafting and policy formation for the Commonwealth Attorney-General.
Andrea has years of experience working as a human rights advocate across Australia and internationally, in several areas of human rights, including children's rights, women's rights, slavery, trafficking, exploitation, human trafficking, organ harvesting and speaking up for persecuted minorities, and was the CEO and Founder of Fighting for Justice Foundation.
For the last five years, Andrea has lectured in law at the University level, including contracts, torts, consumer, corporations and business law.
Andrea trains individuals, groups and companies how to lobby and advocate, and has undertaken political lobbying and advocacy work for over 15 years across Australia's parliaments, making Government Submissions and legal recommendations for legislative reform.
